I am an Organisational Leadership Coach and my vision is to amplify leadership impact. My book, Gender Balanced Leadership: An Executive Guide, identifies critical success factors and practical actions that increase the number of women in senior leadership roles. I have written numerous working and white-papers on gender diversity and inclusion. Last year I published Lead like a Coach to encourage more leaders to adopt a coaching leadership style, and to show them how to do it.
