I am an Organisational Leadership Coach and my vision is to amplify leadership impact. To strengthen leaders so that they are amplified not diminished, energised not exhausted, connected not fractured. That enables them to mobilise their full power, to unite effort, and to heighten value. I work with individual leaders and organisations to amplify leadership talent and potential using the latest evidence, validated benchmarks and inspiring coaching methods.
The most effective leaders use everyone’s talents to the full, and my programs promote inclusive leadership strategies and practices. I am an authority on the benefits of gender balanced leadership and how to help women to succeed in senior organisational roles.
I regularly write and speak on gender diversity and inclusion. I have consulted to organisations such as QBE, BHP Billiton, Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, and Fulton Hogan Australia on their gender diversity strategies. My book, Gender Balanced Leadership: An Executive Guide, identifies critical success factors and practical actions that increase the number of women in senior leadership roles. I have written numerous working and white-papers on gender diversity and inclusion. Last year I published Lead like a Coach to encourage more leaders to adopt a coaching leadership style, and to show them how to do it.
